Full Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is full refund of deposit 60 days in advance of the arrival date. If cancelled less than 90 days of arrival date, your deposit will be lost in full. As we require full payment 30 days priory to arrival, if you cancel within 14 days of booking we would refund 80% of booking charge.
Circumstances beyond the control of the owners
Except where otherwise expressly stated, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation, where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of the owners. As example force Majeure includes flood, fire, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction or damage to the property except negligence by the owner. No compensation or costs of any description will be payable in any such case by the owners. Only in appropriate cases e.g. Cancellation where you’re booking has to be cancelled before departure, will the owners refund all monies paid.
Brochure Details
The owners ensure to convey information correctly at the time of compilation. Due to the owners seeking to improve there might be slight differences between the description given here and the facilities available at the time of your stay.
The owners cannot accept any responsibility for incomplete or misleading information except in the case of negligence of the owners.
Your Cottage
You can arrive at the Cottage after 14.30 hrs on arrival date.
You must vacate by 11.30 Hrs on day of departure. (Alternative arrival and departure times must be agreed with owners.)
You and all your party are responsible for keeping the Cottage and surroundings clean and tidy and leaving them in a similar condition to which you found them on your arrival.
You and your party are also responsible to the Owners for the actual costs of any breakages and damage etc.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement in they must be kept under control and never left alone.
Any animal waste is the responsibility of the owner to clean up immediately after and dispose of in bin provided.
You must allow owners or representatives entry after prior arrangement to property for repairs if needed.
Complaints
We are making every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us, however, if you have any complaints, comments or problems please report them immediately to the owners. (Contact information is within the property information in each cottage.)
Problems will be dealt be the owners quickly and efficiently. If problem persists, please contact the owners for further rectification.
